What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Gurgaon and are expanding fast across NCR. Go ahead and book your slot — our team confirms coverage for your address on the call back. If your area isn't live yet, we'll add it to the priority list and notify you the moment we are.
What happens when it rains?
We do not clean cars on heavy-rain days to prevent smudging and scratches. Skipped days are added to the end of your subscription cycle — you never pay for them.
Can I pause the service?
Yes. Just notify us 24 hours in advance via the contact form. We pause your subscription and carry forward your balance days.
Are your cleaners verified?
Every cleaner goes through a thorough training program and arrives in a Groomcar uniform. You'll always know who's cleaning your car.
What if I miss the cleaning slot one day?
No problem — we move on and try again the next day at your usual slot. There's no penalty.
Do you provide service on national holidays?
No. National holidays are off; those days are compensated by extending the subscription.
How do I pay?
During Phase 1 we collect payment via UPI / cash on the first day, or via a link our team shares after confirming your booking. No upfront online payment required.
What plans do you offer?
Three tiers — Basic, Pro (without foam), and Premium (with foam) — each with three pricing slabs based on your car class (Hatchback, Sedan, SUV). Basic starts at ₹999/mo (Hatchback), Pro at ₹1,499, Premium at ₹2,199. See the Plans page for the full pricing matrix.
What's the difference between the tiers?
Basic = daily exterior + weekly interior + tyre polish + dashboard. Pro adds a weekly pressure wash for mud + a monthly exterior polishing on plastic parts. Premium adds a weekly foam wash on top of Pro. All tiers include cleaner-replacement option and location-transfer continuity.
Can I add a second car?
Yes — multi-car households are supported. Each car can be on its own plan and slot.
