1. Service description
Groomcar provides a monthly subscription for daily exterior car cleaning + scheduled interior cleaning, at the customer's residential address in Gurgaon. Subscription comprises 26 cleaning days per month.
2. Pricing & payment
Plans: Hatchback ₹999/mo, Sedan & C-SUV ₹1,299/mo, Full-Size SUV & Luxury ₹1,899/mo. Pricing is monthly in advance. Payment via UPI or cash on first day. We will share a payment link after confirming your booking.
3. Service days & weather
26 cleanings per month, on weekdays and Saturdays in your assigned slot (5–7 / 7–9 / 9–11 AM). No service on national holidays — extended in your subscription cycle. We may skip service on heavy-rain days to prevent smudging; skipped days carry forward.
4. Pause / cancellation
You may pause your subscription with 24-hour notice via the contact form. Paused days carry forward. You may cancel anytime; remaining paid days will be honoured (no refund for unused days within an active billing cycle).
5. Customer responsibilities
Provide access to the parking slot at the agreed slot. Do not leave valuables inside the vehicle on weekly interior cleaning days. Notify us in advance if travel / car not at home.
6. Liability
Groomcar uses premium microfiber cloths and follows safe-cleaning protocols. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our cleaner, please report within 24 hours with photos. We will investigate and address fairly.
7. Photo updates
We capture before/after photos of your car for verification and quality control. Photos are shared with you and stored privately for 6 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email at least 7 days in advance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Gurgaon, Haryana.
